Q: What are the procedures in acquiring a franchise?

Q: What are the requirements to become a franchisee aside from paying the franchise fee?
A: You need a valid I.D and TIN no.
Q: Will you provide the location?
A: No. Franchise location shall be provided for by the franchisee, he/she must submit to the franchisor his/her proposed location for evaluation and approval.
Q: I don't have a location and time to look for a location, what will I do?
A: Our company offers site assistance; we have a lot of suggested location. Have your location approved by the company, if you have any. If you don’t have one, the company has a locator to help you find a location (PHP3,000 for 3-5 prospect locations). If you have a location you could tell the company about it and have it approved.
Q: Do I need to find my own crew/cook?
Q: How do I get the products that I will sell?
A: There is a free delivery within Metro Manila, minimum of Php 3,500.00 worth.
Q: What if I'm in Cavite? Batangas? or Laguna?
A: We have distributors in different areas, once you pay you'll have a list of those. (pls. leave a message to check if there's a distributor at your area).
Q: What is a Distributor?
A: Pick up center exclusive rights to supply products to our franchisees
Q: What if I'm from Cebu and I want to franchise?
A: You could pay through the bank at BDO or METROBANK. then your cart will be delivered to your place through fedex/dhl. (charge is on you)
Q: Is there any zoning restrictions?
A: Yes. Food carts with same concepts must be 500 meter radius away from each other.
Q: How long is the shelf life of the products?
A: It can last up to 60 days if kept frozen, once defrost it must be consumed within 24 hours, and is not advisable for refrost. Also, food left over must be returned in the freezer and consumed within 24 hours.
Q: Can you provide documents necessary for stall applications ahead of the carts?
A: Yes, we can provide documents necessary for stall applications namely letter of intent, product menu, company background, and food cart picture as long as the request will come from a paid franchisor.
Q: Is there a renewal of contract and renewal fee?
A: Yes there is a renewal of contract every three (3) years, however there is no renewal fee you only need to pay the processing fee of P 5,000.00

A: Cash, Bank Cheques, and also ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
